The tablet is there to back you up
You are the person who has to decide, at eleven at night, whether a stranger comes in. Parisar's job is to get you an answer from the flat quickly, and to record that the answer came from them — so the decision was never yours alone.
No blame for a slow flat
If nobody answers, the screen shows you the household's standing instruction. You follow the rule they wrote. You are not asked to invent a policy at the gate.
It works when the internet does not
Passes still scan, entries still record. When the connection returns, everything you did syncs with the correct times.
Your shift is not scored
There is no rating of guards, no speed leaderboard, no productivity dashboard about you. The log records gate events, not your performance.
There is no tracking of where you are inside the premises — no location, no patrol map, no idle-time report. If a society asks us for that, the answer is no.
If something goes wrong on your shift
Call or write to us directly — you do not need the committee's permission to ask us for help, and we do not report your question back to them.
