What this system does, and what it will never do to you

If you work in a society that uses Parisar, you get a pass that lets you into the gate without being questioned every morning. You did not choose this software, so you are owed a plain account of it.

Never, in any society

No fingerprint, no face scan. We do not collect biometrics, and no society can turn this on. Your pass is a card and a code.
No star ratings, no scores. Nobody can rate you publicly, and there is no society-wide list of "good" or "top rated" workers. That feature does not exist here.
No tracking inside the buildings. The gate records that you came in and went out. Where you are during the day is not recorded by anyone.
Your employers cannot see each other's notes. If a household writes a private note about you, it stays inside that household. It is never shared with other flats or with the committee.
One pass, several homes. You do not register again for each flat you work in, and leaving one job does not cost you entry to the others.

If you are stopped at the gate

A society can restrict a person from entering, but not casually and not silently. Our rules require the society to have a written policy, to record the reason, to inform you, and to give you a way to appeal it. A guard cannot block you because of something typed into an app without those steps.

Unpaid maintenance is never a reason to stop a person. Money owed by a flat is a matter between the society and that flat. It cannot be used to keep anyone out of the gate.

Ask us directly

You can ask us what is stored about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it when you stop working in that society. You do not need the committee's or your employer's permission, and we will not tell them you asked.
