What it costs your society
A per-home rate is abstract in a committee meeting; an annual figure is a budget line. Enter your number of flats and take the number with you.

What is never charged for
The bill goes to the society and stops there. Nothing in the resident's experience is paywalled or upsold.
Billing questions
- Who signs the contract?
- The registered society or apartment owners' association, through a resolution of its committee. Individual residents are never a contracting party.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- The service winds down on a stated notice period, and you get a full export first. Gates keep working through the notice period — a lapsed invoice is not a reason to lock a building.
- Does the price change per feature?
- No. One rate covers the platform. New capabilities arrive to every society on the same plan.
